EGG CAKE CURRY

Ingredients required

  • Eggs - 3
  • Chopped onions - 2 cups
  • Sliced green chilly - 2
  • Chopped garlic - 2 tsp
  • Chopped tomato - 1 cup
  • Turmeric powder -¼ tsp
  • Salt - ¾ tsp
  • Red chilly powder - ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves - as required
  • Oil - 3 tsp




      Method to prepare
      1. Take a pan, add oil and allow to heat.
      2. Add onions, green chilly and fry in medium flame, until onions change into light brown in color. 
      3. Now add chopped garlic, tomato and cook for 5 minutes  by closing the lid.
      4. Then add turmeric, salt, red chilly powder, fry for 2 to 3 minutes and add half cup of water.
      5. Break eggs, add to the curry. Do not mix the curry and close the lid.
      6. Cook for 3 minutes, turn the egg cakes on other side and cook for another 3 minutes.
      7. Now add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
      8. Tasty tasty egg cake curry is ready.
