- Maida(all purpose flour) - 1 cup
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Ghee or butter - ½ cup
Method to prepare
1. Take a bowl add maida, sugar and mix well.
2. Melt the butter and add to above mixture.
3. Mix the dough without lumps. Check whether dough is able to make small biscuits or not,
otherwise add some more ghee or butter for good results.
4. Make dough into small biscuits in desired shapes as you like.
5. Pre-heat oven at 1500C for 10 minutes and bake for 12 minutes.
6. Tasty and crispy biscuits are ready.
