CHICKEN 65

Ingredients required
  • Boneless chicken - 250 gm
  • Chopped ginger - 1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic - ½ tsp
  • Ajinamoto - ¼ tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - ¼ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 
    ½ tsp
  • Corn flour - 2 tsp
  • Egg - 1
  • Curry leaves - as required
  • Coriander leaves - as required
  • Food color(red) - pinch
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Red chilly powder - ½ tsp
  • Chilly garlic paste - ½ tsp
  • Oil - to fry

      Method to prepare
      1. Take a bowl, add chicken, half of the salt/red chilly powder/pepper powder/ajinamoto, garam masala, ginger garlic 
          paste, corn flour and mix well.
      2. Now add egg, mix it and keep this chicken mix aside.
      3.Take a kadai, pour oil and allow to heat.
      4. Fry these chicken mix approximately 8 to 10 minutes in medium flame and keep aside.
      5. Take a pan, add 3 tsp oil and allow to heat.
      6. Add chopped ginger & garlic, rest of pepper powder/ salt/red chilly powder/ajinamoto, curry leaves, food color, chilly garlic 
          paste and fry for 1 minute in medium flame.
      7. Now add little water, fry for half minute and add fried chicken pieces.
      8. Stir continuously until they mix well.
      9. Add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
    10. Spicy & hot chicken 65 is ready.
