KEEMA BALLS FRY

Ingredients required
  •  Keema(Lamb) - 250 gm
  • Onion - 1
  • Ginger garlic paste - ½ tsp
  • Cooked Rice - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
  • Salt - ¾ tsp
  • Red chilly powder -  ½ tsp
  • Garam masala powder -  ½ tsp
  • Oil - 6 tsp





       
         

       Method to prepare
      1. Squeeze keema to become dry and keep it aside.
      2. Take a bowl, add keema, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, half of the 
           garam masala and mix well. 
      3. Grind the keema mix into a fine paste.
      4. Mash the cooked rice and add to the keema mix.
      5. Divide the entire mix into equal size balls.
      6. Take a pan, put all the balls, close the lid and cook in low flame.
      7. Water oozes out within 5 minutes.Do not add extra water. Let entire water be absorb by the balls.
      8. Take another pan, add oil and allow to heat.
      9. Add these keema balls, rest of the garam masala and fry for 5 minutes in low flame.
    10. Add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
    11. Spicy keema balls fry is ready.
