EGG PUFFS

              
          Enjoy the recipe
Ingredients required

  • Puff pastry(see my puff pastry recipe) - 6
  • Eggs - 4
  • Pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Red chilly powder - ½ tsp










      Method to prepare 
      1. Boil 3 eggs and half slice them and keep aside.
      2. Now, on the yolk side, sprinkle sufficient salt, pepper powder, red chilly powder.
      3. Then take a puff pastry, place sliced egg diagonally so that yolk portion should face the pastry.
      4. Now close the opposite edges as shown in the figure. (Just apply two drops of water while closing the edges)
  
      5. Do the same procedure for rest of the sliced eggs and puff pastries.
      6. Now refrigerate them for 10 minutes.
      7. Take one egg, beat it and keep this egg wash aside.
      8. Take out puffs from the fridge, coat them with egg wash with the help of your finger or paper napkin.
      9. Pre-heat over at 2000 C for five minutes and bake them for 7 to 10 minutes at the same temperature.
    10. Marvelous, mouthwatering, tasty egg puffs are ready.
