PAN CAKE

Ingredients required
  • All purpose flour(maida) - 1 cup
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Egg - 1
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - pinch
  • Vanilla essence - 2 to 3 drops
  • Honey - as per taste
  • Oil - 2 tsp




      Method to prepare
      1. Take a bowl, add maida, salt, baking powder and mix well.
      2. Break an egg, separate yolk from white. 
      3. Take another bowl add, yolk, milk, sugar and blend well. Add oil and stir it.
      4. Add this mixture to the maida mix and stir well.
      5. In another bowl beat egg white until it is stiff. Add this white to the above mixture and mix gently. Keep this batter aside.
      6. Take a tawa and allow to heat. Take some mix of batter on tawa using ladle and do not spread.
      7. Cook for 2 minutes in low flame, turn other side and cook for another 2 minutes.
      8. Yummy pan cake is ready. Serve this with honey.
