CHOCOLATE ALMOND MUFFINS

Ingredients required
  • All purpose flour (maida) - 2 cups
  • Eggs - 2
  • Powdered sugar - 1½ cup
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Butter - ½ cup
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Cocoa powder - ½ cup
  • Vanilla essence - 5-6 drops
  • Finely chopped almonds - 3 tsp
      Method to prepare
      1. Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, powdered sugar, salt and mix well.
      2. Add half of the chopped almonds to it. 
      3. Take another bowl, add eggs, milk, butter, vanilla essence and stir well. 
      4. Combine both the mixtures perfectly.
      5. Grease muffin tins with butter, scoop the batter three-fourth to the muffin tins.
      6. Pre-heat oven to 2000 C for 10 minutes. Now place the muffin tins in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. 
      7. Check by inserting toothpick at the middle, it should come out clean.
      8. Allow them to cool.
      9. Fluffy Chocolate almond muffins are ready.
