CHINESE CHICKEN 65

Ingredients required

  • Boneless chicken small pieces - 250 gm
  • Egg - 1
  • Corn flour - 2 tsp
  • Chopped ginger - ½  tsp
  • Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - ½ tsp
  • Salt - ¾ tsp
  • Red chilly powder - ¼ tsp
  • Ajinamoto - ¼ tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Chilly garlic paste - ½ tsp
  • Chopped spring onions - 1 tsp
  • Chopped onions - 3 tsp
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Soya sauce - 1½ tsp
  • Vinegar - ½ tsp
  • Food color - pinch
  • Oil - to fry

      Method to prepare
      1. Take a bowl, add chicken, half of the salt/ pepper powder/ajinamoto/ginger garlic paste/corn flour and mix well.
      2. Now add egg, mix it and keep this chicken mix aside.
      3.Take a kadai, pour oil and allow to heat.
      4. Fry these chicken mix approximately 8 to 10 minutes in medium flame and keep aside.
      5. Take a pan, add 3 tsp oil and allow to heat.
      6. Add chopped onion, chopped ginger & garlic,  chopped capsicum, spring onions, rest of pepper powder/ salt/ ajinamoto, 
          red chilly powder, chilly garlic paste, soya sauce, vinegar and fry for 1 minute in medium flame.
      7. Now add little water, food color, fry for half minute and add fried chicken pieces.
      8. Now take a small bowl, add 1 tsp of corn flour, little water mix well and add to it.
      9. Stir continuously until they mix well and switch off the flame.
    10. Hot & Spicy chinese chicken 65 is ready.
