- Grated paneer - 1 cup
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- All purpose flour(maida) - ½ cup
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Red chilly powder - ¼ tsp
- Mashed garlic - ¼ tsp
- Coriander leaves - as required
- Yogurt(curd) - 1 tsp
- Butter or ghee - 3 tsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
Method to prepare
1. Take a bowl, add wheat flour, maida, ¼ tsp salt, oil and knead as chapati dough by adding water.

2. Keep this dough aside for 15 minutes.
3. Take a bowl, add grated paneer, rest of salt, red chilly powder, mashed garlic, 1 tsp of curd, Chopped coriander and
5. Now take some paneer mix(same quantity as we have taken from chapati dough), place at the middle of the pressed

4.Take dough, roll in the shape of circle, so that middle of the chapati should be thicker than the edges.5. Now take some paneer mix(same quantity as we have taken from chapati dough), place at the middle of the pressed
chapati,close it .
6. Roll the dumpling into chapati . Do the same for the rest of the dough & paneer mix.
7. Take a tawa and allow to heat. Fry these parathas both sides by applying ghee or butter.
8. Tasty paneer parathas are ready.
