- Tur Dal - ½ cup
- Urad Dal - ½ cup
- Moong Dal - ½ cup
- Chana Dal - ½ cup
- Rice - 1 cup
- Jeera - 2 tsp
- Red chilly - 6 no
- Ginger paste - 1 tsp
- Oil - as required
- Salt - 1 tsp
Method to prepare
1. Soak all Dals and rice for 4 hours
2. Take small pan and allow to heat.
3. Add oil, jeera, red chilly and fry it for 1 minute in low flame and keep aside.
4. Grind the soaked dals, rice, fried red chilly, jeera, ginger paste,salt into a paste.
5. Add sufficient water to make like dosa batter.
6. Heat Tawa, apply the oil, take some mix of batter on the Tawa and spread in circular motion.
7. Cook on both sides and roll it.
8. Thus the crispy & attractive Ada is ready to eat.
9. Serve it with peanut chutney.
