- Milk - 250 ml
- Sugar - 100 gms
- Eggs - 2 no
- Bread slices - 8 no
- Ghee - 8 tsp
Method to prepare
1. Bombay toast is the easiest and healthy recipe.
2. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
3. Add sugar to it and stir well.
4. Then, add warm milk to the egg & sugar mix, beat it well.
5. Heat Tawa and apply ghee.
6. Dip one of the bread slice in the milk mix, take out and place it on Tawa.
7. Roast on both sides by applying ghee.
8. Repeat the same process for rest of the slices.
9. Thus, wonderful and softy bombay toast are to ready serve.
