GATTI PAKODI/ONION PAKORA

Ingredients required
  • Besan(gram flour) - 5 tsp
  • Rice flour - 1 tsp
  • Onion - 2
  • Finely chopped green chilly - 1
  • Curry leaves - as required
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Red chilly powder - ½ tsp
  • Oil - to fry







       Method to prepare
      1. Finely slice(vertically) the onion.
      2. Take a bowl, add these onions, salt and blend with your hand thoroughly.
      3. Water oozes from the onion, then add red chilly powder, chopped green chilly, besan, rice flour, curry leaves and mix 
           perfectly.
      4. "Remember while mixing, should not add water".
      5. Take a kadai, pour oil and allow to heat.
      6. Fry pakodas until they change into golden brown in color.
      7. Hot and crispy onion pakora is ready.
      8. Enjoy as evening snack with tea.
