RASGULLAS

Ingredients required

  • Milk - 500 ml
  • Sugar - 200 gms
  • Water - 500 ml
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp








      Method to prepare

      1. First, we have to prepare paneer.
      2. Take a pan, boil the milk.
      3. When it starts boiling, add lemon juice.
      4. The milk separates the water.
      5. Strain the paneer, rinse in cool water, place it in a cloth, take out the remaining water completely by pressing the cloth.
      6. Take the paneer from the cloth and kneed it for about 6 to 7 minutes.
      7. Kneed the paneer until it is able to make smooth balls.
      8. Make balls and keep aside.
      9. Take pressure cooker, add sugar, water and allow them to boil.
      10. Then add paneer balls to the syrup and close the lid.
      11. Cook for 10 minutes in medium flame.
      12. After the steam is released open the lid.
      13. Refrigerate them.
      14. Thus tasty rasgullas are ready to serve.
