SPICY CHICKEN LEGS

Ingredients required


  • Chicken legs - 4 no
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 1 no
  • Corn flour - 2 tsp
  • All purpose Flour - 2 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice - ½ tsp
  • Cloves - 4 nos
  • Cinnamon stick - 2 nos
  • Cashew Nuts - 5 nos


  • Black Pepper - ½ tsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Red Chilly Powder - ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves - As required
  • Oil - As required


      Method to prepare

      1. Powder the cloves, Cinnamon stick, Cashew nuts, black pepper and keep it aside.
      2. Mix corn flour and all purpose flour in a small bowl and keep it aside.
      3. Take leg pieces make tiny cuts on the flesh with the help of knife or fork.
      4. Marinate them with curd,salt, red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and the powder prepared for at least 3 hours.
      5. Pour oil in a pan and allow to heat.
      6. Take egg and separate white from yolk.
      7. Now dip the leg piece in the white, take out and sprinkle the corn flour mixture on the leg piece and put in the oil pan to fry.
      8. Do same procedure for all the leg pieces.
      9. Fry them in low frame for 3 minutes and in medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes and take them out from oil.
      10. Garnish with onion, lemon, Coriander leaves.
      11. Thus spicy chicken legs are ready to serve.
