SPICY COCONUT POWDER (KOBBARI PODI)

Ingredients required

  • Grated dry coconut - 2 cup
  • Jeera - 2 tsp
  • Garlic - 8 pieces
  • Salt - ¾  tsp
  • Red chilly powder - 1 tsp







     

      
      Method to prepare
      1. Grind all the ingredients in a mixi jar to make fine powder.
      2. Before taking into a container, check the consistency of salt and red chilly powder.
      3. Collect spicy coconut powder into a air tight container.
      4. Serve this with Gunta ponganalu, Idly, Dosa.
