- Wheat flour - 250 gms
- Potato - 400 gms
- Mashed green chilly - 1½ tsp
- Ginger paste - ¼ tsp
- Salt - ¾ tsp
- Garam masala - ¼ tsp
- Coriander leaves - as required
- Oil - to fry
Method to prepare
1. Take a bowl, add flour, ¼ tsp salt, and knead as chapati dough by adding water.
2. Keep this dough aside for 15 minutes.
3. Boil the potatoes, peal off, grate them and keep this in a separate bowl.
4. Add mashed green chilly, garam masala, rest of the salt, ginger paste, coriander leaves, to the grated potato, mix well and
keep aside.
5. Take some dough, roll in the shape of circle, so that middle of the puri should be thicker than the edges.
6. Now take some aloo mix(same quantity as we have taken from chapati dough), place at the middle of the pressed puri,
close it .

7. Roll the dumpling into thick puri. Do the same for the rest of the dough & aloo mix.
8. Take a kadai, pour oil and allow to heat.
9. Put these pressed puris in the oil one after one and fry both sides.
10. Yummy yummy masala puris are ready.
