- Paneer - 250 gm
- Butter - 3 tsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Chopped onion - 1 cup
- Sliced green chilly - 1
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
- Cumin(jeera)seeds - 1 tsp
- Cloves - 2
- Cinnamon stick - 1
- Grated tomato - 2 cup
- Chilly garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Milk - ½ cup
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves - as required
Method to prepare
1.Take a pan, roast the cloves, cinnamon stick, coriander seeds, cumin seeds to make powder and keep this masala powder

2. In the same pan add 2 tsp of butter, oil and allow to heat.
3. Add onion, green chilly, fry for 2 to 3 minutes, add ginger garlic paste and fry for another 2 to 3 minutes in medium flame.
4. Now add tomato, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, close the lid and cook for 3 minutes in low lame.
6. Now add milk little by little and stir continuously.
5. When the butter oozes out add prepared masala powder, chilly garlic paste, fry for 2 min and add a cup of water and
let it cook for another 2 minutes.6. Now add milk little by little and stir continuously.
7. Then add cubed paneer(fry if need), sufficient water, coriander leaves, cook for 3 minutes in low flame, add 1 tsp of butter
and switch off the stove.

8. Delicious paneer butter masala is ready, serve this dish with rice or roti.
