- Pav(see my pav recipe) - 6
- Cauliflower - 100 gms
- Potato - 2
- Muttar(green peas) - 100 gms
- Capsicum - 1
- Carrot - 1
- Coriander leaves - as required
- Butter - 5 tsp
- Chopped onion - 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - ½ tsp
- Green chilly paste - ½ tsp
- Grated tomato - 2 cup
- Kasoori methi - ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
- Amchoor powder - ½ tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder - ½ tsp
- Lemon - 2
- Red color - pinch(optional)
- Salt - 1 tsp
Method to prepare
1. Boil all the vegetables well. Mash them and keep aside.
2. Take a pan, add 2 tsp of butter and allow to heat.
3. Add chopped onion, green chilly paste, fry for 2 minutes in medium flame. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, fry for
1 minute in low flame.
4. Then add grated tomato, amchoor powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder, salt, kasoori methi, little water and cook for
3 to 4 minutes in medium flame.
5. Now, add mashed vegetables, sufficient water and allow to cook.
6. Add butter, coriander leaves, red color(optional), cook for 5 minutes in low flame and switch off the flame. Add lemon juice
while serving.
7. Take a tawa, allow to heat. Apply butter on tawa. Fry pav's on both sides with butter and keep aside.
8. Tasty bhaji for pav is ready. Serve with fried pav & enjoy your evening.
