- Fish pieces - 500 gms
- ginger garlic paste - ½ tsp
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Red chilly powder - ½ tsp
- Coriander powder - ¼ tsp
- Cumin(jeera)seeds - ¼ tsp
- Cloves - 2
- Cinnamon sticks - 2
- Pepper powder - ¼ tsp
- Oil - to fry
Method to prepare
1. Powder the cloves, cinnamon stick and keep aside.
2. Mix cloves & cinnamon stick powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, pepper powder and keep this masala powder aside.
3. Now take a bowl, add fish pieces, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilly powder, mix well.
4. Take a tawa and allow to heat. Apply 2 tsp of oil.
5. Place fish pieces on tawa, close the lid, cook for 3 minutes in low flame and turn on other side
6. Add 3 tsp of oil, fry for 3 minutes by closing the lid.
7. Open the lid, sprinkle the prepared masala powder on fish pieces, add 2 tsp of oil, turn them, and fry for 5 minutes in low flame.
8. Now again sprinkle masala powder on other side, add 2 tsp of oil, turn them fry for another 5 minutes in low flame and switch
off the flame.
9. Spicy & hot fish fry is ready.
