- Thorn less fish - ½ kg
- Bread slices - 5
- Garam masala - ½ tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves - as required
- Rice flour -1 tsp
- Corn flour - 1 tsp
- Oil - to fry
Method to prepare
1. Steam fish pieces for 10 minutes.
2. Mash these fish pieces in a bowl.
3. Add salt, red chilly powder, garam masala, rice flour, corn flour, coriander leaves and mix well.
4. Take water in another bowl, dip bread slices in water, take out, squeeze the water and add these slices to the fish
mixture, mix properly.
5. Make the mixture into different shapes as you like and refrigerate them for 15 minutes.
6. Take a Kadai, pour oil and allow to heat.
7. Fry them in medium flame until they change into golden brown in color.
8. Hot and crispy fish cutlets are in front of you.
9. Have them and enjoy.
