- Paneer - 200 gms
- Curd(Yogurt) - 1 cup
- Tomato puree - ½ cup
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Turmeric - ¼ tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Cashew nuts - 10
- Chirongi(Sarapappu) - 1 tsp
- Chopped green chilly - 2
- Chopped Onion - 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
- Oil - 5 tsp
- Water - 1 cup
Method to prepare
1. Take a pan, add oil and allow to heat, add onion,green chilly, ginger garlic paste and fry them.
2. Grind these with cashew nuts, Chirongi to make masala paste by adding water and keep aside.
3. Take a pan add 2 tsp oil, add paneer cubes and fry them until they change into golden color, take them out and keep aside.
4. In the same pan add rest of the oil and allow to heat. Add tomato puree, turmeric, salt, red chilly powder and let to fry for 3
minutes then add prepared masala paste and fry for another 3 minutes. Add curd and cook it for 4 minutes in medium flame.

5. Add water, paneer cubes, garam masala powder and close the lid. Cook for 5 minutes, add coriander leaves and switch off

6. Woh ! The aroma is wonderful and the taste is awesome.
