- Sabudana - 1 cup
- Rice flour - 3 tsp
- Chopped Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
- Garam masala - ½ tsp
- Chopped green chilly - 1 tsp
- Potato - 1
- Chopped onion - ½ cup
- Red chilly powder - ½ tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil- required to fry
1. Soak sabudana in water for 2 to 3 hours.
2. Grate raw potato and remove water by squeezing and keep aside.
3. Now take a bowl add sabudana, rice flour, coriander leaves, garam masala, green chilly, grated potato, onion, red chilly powder, salt and mix well without adding water.
4. Heat oil in a pan, make small vadas, put them in oil and fry in low flame until you get golden brown in colour.
5. Spicy and tastiest sabudana vada is ready.
6. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
